This is an important time for you.  Life seems difficult.  God has a purpose for everything that happens to you and that purpose is always for good.  Remember God loves you and only wants what is best for you.  There is always a ray of hope or something positive in every unfortunate circumstance.  “Every good thing comes from God”  James 1:17.  He wants to have a close and personal relationship with you and and the things that happen to you are intended to help you direct your path towards that wonderful relationship.  So stop focusing on the YOU part and focus on Jesus.  No more negative affirmations on you, such as “I hate it here” or “I am lonely” or “I don’t have any friends” etc.

Focus on Jesus, who is always with you, every step of the way.  Use your alone time wisely to foster that close personal relationship with him.  Reading the bible, prayer and meditaton are a good and purposeful way to encourage that relationship.  “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer”  Romans 12:12.

Embrace the time you spend with others.  Everyone is a child of God, whether they are good or bad, they are your sisters and brothers.  Enjoy the time with those that possess godly and righteous qualities and be nice and pray for those who don’t.  Establishing closeness with God allows Him to show you His purpose for you.  As you become closer, God’s will for you becomes clearer.  It takes practice.  I continuously work on this everyday and most days I fall short.  God can’t hear you and you can’t hear Him if you continue to be distracted by the people and the iniquities of this world.  God loves you.  Please start today and you will notice the change.

Have a Blessed day!
