Patience comes in many different forms.  Usually we want events to happen on our time, which is in other words, right away.  We should be patient in relationships, whether we want someone to do something or someone has done something too quickly.  Be patient in finding a relationship.  Many young people are in a hurry to meet someone in order to end up in a long-term relationship, but often times in their hast, they end up with an individual that God has not intended.

Patience with our jobs, employers, employees or in finding a job.  Patience in our finances, buying a house, or other expensive item.  There are so many instances that we want our lives to be in a hurry.  Waiting is hard.  While you are waiting for God’s perfect timing, make your life purposeful.  Be righteous, be kind, and be loving.  As you grow closer to God in this way, you will find the wait can be the blessing, more than what you were waiting for.

Would you let your children have something or do something that might hurt them or would not be good for them at that particular time.  No.  God does the same with us.  God’s timing is perfect.  He will give you what you need, when you need it.  Sometimes the wait is very long.  That means God is trying to steer you towards his intended path.  Wait for him.  God wants to protect you and he wants what is best for you, because his love for you is greater than you can ever imagine.

Have a Blessed day!
